Execute plans to achieve sales budgets and adhere to reporting norms on a daily/ weekly and monthly basis. Drive commercial discipline and ensure adherence to the organization policy amongst the channel partners and complete reconciliation of accounts on a quarterly basis. Ensuring the geographical coverage of the potential areas by adequate number of channel partners by appointing new and growing existing channel partners and ensure increase of numeric reach and range. Engage with architect, contractors to generate more project leads and drive the contractor loyalty. Work with customer to address complaints and address them through our internal mechanisms. Frequently conducting BTL activities Keep regular eye on competition moves/ new products offerings/ upcoming trends/ Govt. regulations etc What we'd love for you to have: Postgraduate from Tier 2 institute with minimum of 8-10 yrs of work experience. Good understanding of UP geography. Clear passion for strong understanding of business Project Sales, Retail Sales & understanding of getting the product specified. Government project experience is must. Ability to analyze and interpret sales.
