Job Description

You will be joining Marvel Decor Ltd. as an Area Sales Manager - Project & Retail, responsible for managing end-to-end field sales operations in the assigned region. Your main focus will include generating project leads, nurturing specifier relationships, supporting channel partners, and closing high-value deals. - Drive project sales by handling lead generation, bidding, and managing the sales funnel effectively - Establish and cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors - Conduct market visits, cold calls, and pitch meetings to expand the territory pipeline - Recruit and engage new channel partners while providing support to existing partners - Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets in terms of both volume and value - Convert inactive partners into active contributors - Monitor and oversee the entire project lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure - You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in project/channel sales within the Building Material, Furnishing, or Interior Decor industry - Possess strong connections with Architects, Interior Designers, and Channel Partners - Demonstrate a driven, target-oriented approach with exceptional communication skills - Exhibit natural networking abilities with a keen eye for business opportunities - Experience in managing B2B sales cycles involving tailored products or solutions Marvel Decor Ltd. is a rapidly growing Indian MNC and a prominent player in the premium window blinds sector.
