Role Overview:

As an Area Sales Manager – Project & Retail, you will be responsible for end-to-end field sales operations in your assigned region. You’ll focus on generating project leads, managing specifier relationships, supporting channel partners, and closing high-value deals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project sales through lead generation, bidding, and funnel management
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors
• Conduct market visits, cold calls, and pitch meetings to grow territory pipeline
• Onboard and activate new channel partners; support existing ones
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in terms of volume & value
• Convert inactive partners into active contributors
• Track and manage the full project lifecycle from lead to closure

Who Should Apply?

• Have 4+ years of experience in project/channel sales in the Building Material, Furnishing, or Interior Decor industry
• Have strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, and Channel Partners
• Are driven, target-focused, and possess excellent communication skills
• Are a natural networker with an eye for business opportunities
• Have handled B2B sales cycles involving customized products or solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Prior experience in blinds, interiors, furnishings, or modular furniture is a big plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
