Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our dynamic team in themedical device industry. As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program,learning about the companys products, sales strategies, customer needs, and industry trends. Therole offers excellent growth opportunities for candidates looking to build a successful career in saleswithin the medical device sector.Key Responsibilities: Training && Development:Participate in an extensive training program that covers product knowledge, salestechniques, customer relationship management, and industry regulations. Sales Support:Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads, scheduling appointments, and preparingsales presentations for prospective clients. Market Research:Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities within the healthcare industry,including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals. Product Knowledge:Learn and understand the technical features, benefits, and applications of our medicaldevices to effectively communicate with customers. Customer Interaction:Support customer interactions, including answering inquiries, providing product information,and handling minor customer issues under supervision. Sales Reporting:Assist in preparing regular sales reports and tracking the progress of sales targets and KPIs. Networking:Attend industry events, conferences, and medical trade shows to build relationships withhealthcare professionals and expand the companys customer base. Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategiesand promotional activities. Post-Sales Support:Provide assistance in post-sales activities, including following up with clients and ensuringcustomer satisfaction.Qualifications && Skills: Educational Background:o A Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, HealthcareManagement, or a related field is preferred.o MBA in Sales && Marketing Sales Skills:o Basic knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management, and markettrends. Prior experience in sales is a plus but not required.
Communication Skills:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively withhealthcare professionals and clients.
Technical Aptitude:
o An interest in learning about medical devices, their applications, and understandingtechnical specifications. Self-Motivation && Drive:o A proactive and goal-oriented individual who is eager to learn and achieve salestargets.
Teamwork && Collaboration:
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain positive workingrelationships with colleagues and clients.
Organizational Skills:
o Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the medical device industry or healthcare sector. Experience in internships or projects related to sales or marketing within the healthcarespace.
