Hiring For Area Sales Manager Role with leading Asset Management Comapany(AMC)!!

Experience :

• Must have team-handling experience, B2B sales exposure, and experience in the MFD or IFA channel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain strong, productive relationships with designated banks in the region to support business growth.
   
2. Identify prospects, drive sales, and manage relationships with RMs/Sales personnel in public sector banks engaged in mutual fund distribution.
   
3. Influence senior-level stakeholders within PSU banks to strengthen organizational visibility and mindshare.
   
4. Grow business through consultative interactions with Branch Managers, Senior RMs, Regional Heads, and other key decision-makers.
   
5. Identify opportunities for primary sales, relationship management, and cross-selling across a suite of mutual fund investment products.
   
6. Lead and guide the sales team, formulating and executing strategies to meet mutual fund sales objectives.
   
7. Build and nurture client relationships, resolve queries, and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
   
8. Track market developments, evaluate sales metrics, and support strategic planning to drive business expansion.
   
9. Conduct training initiatives, manage budgets effectively, and maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external partners.
   

Requirements:

1. Experience in the mutual fund industry is an added advantage.
   
2. Strong understanding of financial products.
   
3. In-depth market awareness and a well-established professional network.
   
4. Expertise in key account management.
   
5. High attention to detail.
   
6. Willingness to expand responsibilities across a broader role.
