Area Sales Manager

Industry: Any Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager who will operate as an individual contributor to drive residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate must have a passion for client-facing roles, the ability to effectively explain project details, and a strong track record of closing deals through direct interaction and site visits. Key Responsibilities: Actively generate and follow up on leads to identify potential buyers. Meet clients face-to-face to understand their requirements and provide detailed information about residential projects. Explain project features, location advantages, pricing, and return on investment to potential clients. Encourage and coordinate site visits, ensuring clients get a clear understanding of the project. Effectively convince and close deals by building trust and showcasing project benefits. Maintain updated knowledge of current inventory, project timelines, and competitive offerings. Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead flow and timely follow-ups. Maintain strong post-sales relationships to build referral and repeat business. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in direct residential sales (Real Estate industry preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets as an individual contributor. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications. Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is a plus.
