Geographical Mastery: Deep familiarity with entire Tamil Nadu market to identify and fill market gaps aggressively.
Sales Strategy & Schemes: Proven ability to determine and execute the best schemes and promotional activities specific to their local territory.
Sales Drive: Exceptional field sales skills to achieve primary and secondary targets.
Team Leadership: Responsible for team hiring and managing the team in the most efficient way to maximize productivity.
Distributor Management: Hands-on management and expansion of the state-wide distributor/dealer network.
