Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Identify and convert business opportunities in construction projects, infrastructure, and industrial segments.
  • Promote the companys portfolio (e.g., Tile adhesive, waterproofing, grouts, repair chemicals).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:

Contractors

Applicators

Consultants

Builders and Developers

  • Handle existing applicators/distributors and develop new ones.
  • Ensure proper training, product availability, and support for the channel network.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
  • Collect insights from the field and share with the marketing/product team.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, funnel updates, and visit reports.
  • Maintain CRM
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit terms.
  • Follow up for payments and ensure healthy account receivable

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate should have experience into Sales
  • candidate should be from building material and chemical industry
