Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the targets for the assigned area. Conduct market research to understand the demand, competition, and opportunities in the spices segment. Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost product visibility and sales. Monitor sales performance regularly and take corrective actions to improve the sales numbers. Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers and Sales Executives. Set performance goals for the sales team and conduct regular performance reviews. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the team to maximize productivity. Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, and retailers to expand the distribution network. Build strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure efficient distribution and product availability. Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and order placements. Ensure proper implementation of trade schemes, offers, and discounts. Conduct regular product training sessions for the team and channel partners. Ensure effective implementation of sales promotions, schemes, and merchandising activities in the assigned area. Oversee product displays, shelf placements, and point-of-sale materials to enhance brand visibility. Coordinate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and product launches.
