Area Sales Manager (Overall Rajasthan)

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Sales Teams:
Mentor and guide the regional sales team to achieve targets, build strong relationships, and drive growth across Rajasthan.
Market Penetration & Growth:
Focus on expanding brand presence across the region, increasing brand visibility, and growing sales in both urban and rural markets.
Distributor & Retailer Management:
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee delivery, stock management, collections, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate supply chain operations.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to strategize and stay ahead of the curve.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
5-15 years in FMCG sales with a proven track record in regional sales management.
Leadership:
Strong team leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams to exceed targets.
Market Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Overall Rajasthans market dynamics, including urban and rural customer segments.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate across all levels.
