Area Sales Manager

The role requires you to increase the sale of EDC machines to merchants across multiple locations through appropriate channels. You will be responsible for creating an inspiring team environment with open communication, driving swiping device sales, resolving merchant queries, engaging the merchant base, and hiring and building a team. Setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring team performance, and motivating team members are essential aspects of this role. Additionally, you will need to identify training needs, provide coaching, listen to feedback, resolve conflicts, recognize high performance, and encourage creativity and risk-taking. Organizing team-building activities and possessing high drive, initiative, self-motivation, team handling experience, networking skills, experience in cold calling, pre-sales, and lead generation, as well as good communication and negotiation skills, are key to succeeding in this role. The education requirement for this role is a graduation or post-graduation degree.
