Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Franchisee and Channel partner development.
Supervising franchisee and partners for overall success in business.
Successfully meeting and exceeding Retail business goals.
Develop a working relationships with relevant support departments e.g Operations/finance.
Control all documents and data related to customer visits, agreements, information related to customer database.
Formulate Sales plan for the territory that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximizing growth within the existing customer base.

Oversee any administrative support required to the reportees.
