Job Description

As a candidate for the role of Agency Manager, your primary responsibility will be to enable the achievement of key business outcomes by building a quality Agency through a focus on quality of hire and skilling. You are expected to ensure adherence to all statutory and compliance requirements to maintain the integrity of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve Business Plans: You will be responsible for managing all parameters of the business, including recruitment, activation, premium collection, case rate, case count, and persistency. - Agent Engagement: Forge strong relationships with Agents to keep them engaged, motivated, and productive. Constantly induct, activate, and support Agents to drive their income beyond benchmarks. - Incentive and Recognition: Drive incentive and recognition schemes to motivate Agents and ensure their income growth. - Compliance: Ensure full compliance with regulations and company norms to maintain ethical business practices. - Channel Conflict Management: Manage conflicts within the team effectively to ensure smooth operations. - Target Achievement: Work towards achieving product-wise targets and profitability by understanding Agents" business deeply and identifying opportunities for revenue generation. - Team Building: Set goals for Agents, provide regular reviews, monitoring, and mentoring to help them achieve their targets. - Field Support: Conduct regular field observations, demonstrations, and Agent visits to support the agency force effectively. You will play a crucial role in the success of the Agency by implementing these responsibilities diligently and fostering a high-performing team environment.,
