B2B Sales Executive – Channel Sales (Agra Region) MoonAir – India's Leading Air Cooler Brand Agra, Uttar Pradesh (Field-based role) Job Type:Full-Time | Sales & Business Development MoonAir is a fast-growing, innovative air cooler brand committed to delivering high-performance cooling solutions across India. With a strong B2B Channel Sales Dealer Distributor focus, MoonAir is expanding its footprint via a powerful distributor and dealer network. Key Responsibilities:Channel Expansion: Identify, onboard, and activate new distributors and sub-dealers in Agra and nearby districts. Target Achievement: Drive B2B sales to meet monthly and quarterly revenue and distribution goals. Market Mapping: Conduct field surveys to identify underserved areas and potential distribution partners. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring high partner satisfaction. Training & Support: Train distributor sales teams on product features, schemes, and market positioning. Scheme Execution: Communicate and implement trade schemes, discounts, and offers with partners. Reporting: Share daily/weekly sales reports, leads, and insights with the regional head. 3 years of B2B/channel sales experience (preferably in consumer durables, appliances, or FMCG). Strong dealer/distributor network knowledge in Agra or nearby. Fluent in Hindi and basic English. Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone. High energy, persuasive skills, and goal-driven attitude.
