Area Sales Manager-Merchant Acquiring-BRANCH BANKING-POS (Point of Sale)

Role Overview: As a POS Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the sourcing of POS business through the POS sales channel and manage a team of POS sales officers in the designated area/location. Your primary tasks will include generating leads and referrals from bank branches and the local leadership team of the sales channel, maintaining a strong grip on sourcing quality, and ensuring compliance with KYC, costing, subvention, etc. Additionally, you will be required to generate performance reports, identify gaps and opportunities, and collaborate with the regional marketing team to carry out local marketing activities.
