Area Sales Manager

We source from trusted growers and process with care—ensuring every product delivers purity, flavor, and nutrition. Now, we’re expanding across North East India and looking for a passionate, results-driven Area Sales Manager to grow our retail footprint and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for Northeast India
• Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners
• Drive product placement and visibility across general trade, modern trade, and local shops
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stockists
• Track sales performance, collect market feedback, and report insights to the head office
• Ensure smooth logistics and timely delivery coordination
• Conduct product demos and promotional events to boost brand visibility
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

✅ Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably with dry fruits, food, or snacks category
• Strong knowledge of the Northeast India retail and distribution network
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in local languages is a plus
