Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team as an Area Sales Manager in the leasing sales department, located at Chennai - Centennial Square-M4-M6. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset-backed lending, market intelligence, analytical skills, and communication. Roles and Responsibility
Drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved for the area.
Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Aggressively drive sales numbers and enhance client relationships.
Retain and expand the company''s customer base for repeat business or referrals.
Maximize sales through network management and relationship building.
Facilitate the development of a robust business plan to improve disbursal patterns.

Job
Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline.
Knowledge of asset-backed lending, market intelligence, analytical skills, and communication.
Strong collaborative and coordination skills.
Ability to drive sales and achieve business targets.
Experience in managing relationships and developing new business opportunities.
Familiarity with business planning and strategy development.
