Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned hospital network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital procurement teams, doctors, biomedical engineers, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead and support a team of Territory Sales Executives / Medical Representatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure product listings in private and government hospitals.
  • Handle tender documentation, pricing negotiations, and contract finalizations with hospitals.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and strategies; provide actionable feedback to management.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory control, and coordination with internal departments (logistics, supply chain, marketing, etc.).
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit exposure.
  • Submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
