Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ranchi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing and developing a sales team, driving business growth, and establishing key relationships with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, developing strategies to increase sales, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
Experience in the automotive or battery-operated vehicle industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
