Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, located in Tiruchirappalli. The Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting, providing field service support, maintaining and repairing Battery Operated Vehicles (BOVs), and offering technical support. Additionally, the engineer will communicate with dealers to ensure effective problem resolution and service delivery.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair
Strong Communication skills
Ability to work independently on-site
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
Experience with Battery Operated Vehicles (BOVs) is a plus
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
