Area Sales Managers

to expand our franchise network. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy fieldwork, business development, and building strong local relationships.📝 Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential franchise partners from diverse backgrounds such as FMCG distributors, insurance professionals, educators, retail owners, and other business-minded individuals
  • Conduct a minimum of 10 productive meetings per day
  • Present the franchise business model, investment structure, and growth potential
  • Convert prospects into successful franchise partners
  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups
  • Share daily activity reports and market insights with the leadership team

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, Retail, Franchise, Cement, Paint, etc.)
  • Strong local network and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about field sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
