Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Sales Manager with strong experience in the hardware and locks industry. The ideal candidate will lead regional sales operations, manage key accounts, develop new markets, and ensure achievement of sales targets through effective team management and market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Manage existing dealer, distributor, and institutional network while identifying and onboarding new partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

Guide and support the sales team in meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to plan promotions, branding, and product launches.

Ensure timely collections, order follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.

Conduct field visits to strengthen relationships and ensure brand visibility in the market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

4–5 years of proven experience in sales within the hardware, locks, or building material industry.

Strong dealer/distributor network and market knowledge.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to handle field operations and achieve targets independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
