Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve targets by expanding the dealer network and penetrating new markets.
• Strengthen primary and secondary sales channels through effective dealer engagement and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, and builders to promote brand loyalty.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, service excellence, and smooth operations.
• Support management in executing sales strategies and achieving regional business objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales data and present regular reports on performance, achievements, and key insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the wood panel industry.

Established network with architects, dealers, and key industry stakeholders.

Proven record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
