We're Hiring | Area Manager – Retail Operations
*Role Summary*
As an Area Manager, you will be the key link between our store teams and head office functions, driving performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the customer experience across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations across COCO & franchise stores
• Drive sales, VM excellence, SOP adherence & staff productivity
• Liaison with mall management, landlords & franchise partners
• Align store execution with HO teams – Merchandising, Marketing, HR & IT
• Identify & evaluate new store opportunities
• Track competition & gather market insights for strategy refinement
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Graduate/MBA with 6–10 years of experience in multi-store retail operations (fashion/apparel preferred)
• Strong in people management, problem-solving & franchise coordination
• Excellent communication and stakeholder handling skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region
