We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, and building long-term relationships in the Audio-Visual (AV) and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) system integration domain. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Kerala market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AV/ELV system integration market.
Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
2. Account Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs promptly.
Upsell and cross-sell AV/ELV solutions to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with the pre-sales team to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates for management.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
