Job Description

Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. At least 2+ years of direct sales experience in industrial products. Proven track record in lead generation, account acquisition, and identifying sales opportunities. Industry exposure in power plants, cement plants, OEMs, process industry, steel industry, etc. Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Good proficiency in English and Hindi communication. Roles & Responsibilities: Engage in direct customer sales with at least 2+ years of relevant experience in technical industrial sales. Basic knowledge of heat exchangers or filters is preferred. Exhibit active listening and clear communication skills. Travel to various industrial customers in and around the state to market products; willingness to travel 10-15 days per month. Retain existing business while generating new business opportunities. Acquire new customers and develop existing ones in power, chemical, oil refineries, general industries, and other segments as required. Possess basic technical knowledge to address customer queries and requirements. Meet weekly field visit targets and create sales opportunities. Demonstrate passion for sales and customer relationship management.
