As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives and drive BLooks on-ground expansion in your assigned city. This is a team-handling + field-coordination role—perfect for candidates who want to grow into senior city/region management roles. Key Responsibilities (KRA) Lead & supervise a team of Sales Executives across assigned clusters. Plan daily field routes & deployment of the team. Conduct joint field visits to support and guide the team. Train new joiners on sales pitch, process, product knowledge & reporting. Ensure data quality & accurate reporting on the BLook Portal. Build strong relationships with societies, business clusters & associations. Coordinate with central HR, marketing & headquarters for campaign updates. Provide weekly feedback to management on market insights and challenges. Ensure professional conduct & brand representation of the team. Skills Required Prior field sales or team-handling experience (preferred). Strong communication & leadership skills. Comfortable with travel within the city / cluster. Ability to motivate & drive a young sales team. Should be process-oriented with good follow-up skills.
