Responsibilities:
· Responsible for delivering the Volumes & doing timely collections from the assigned territory.
· Handling a team of ASE’s & SE’s/ motivating them & guiding them.
· Keeping a close track & delivering the Secondary & tertiary Volumes as well.
· Shall be on top of the Market information & keep the organization updated.
· Identifying potential customers & developing business opportunities.
· Ensuring that he himself & his team follows the GTM norms.
· Building a healthy relationship in the market.
Requirements:
· Must have at least 8+ years of work experience in Sales domain.
· At least 3+ years’ work exp at managerial /People management role.
· Relevant experience in Alco Bev industry is must.
