Role & responsibilities

Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in Moradabad region.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers to drive business growth.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Identify opportunities for product innovation and new business developme

Preferred candidate profile

3-6 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in FMCG industry.
Proven track record of achieving target achievements through effective team handling and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of general trade channels (distributor handling) and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with high energy levels.
