Role & responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve area targets through primary sales, distributor handling, and general trade channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand presence in the assigned area.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and end-users.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • years of experience in FMCG Sales or related field (preferably).
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets through effective team management and strategy execution.
