Key Responsibilities:

Distributor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to achieve sales targets and ensure timely product availability.
Retail Coverage:
Strategically expand and manage retail presence across the assigned territory to maximize brand visibility and sales.
Market Expansion:
Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and potential customers to drive revenue growth.
Sales Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and supply chain, to optimize sales performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
