Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To lead and expand our FMCG sales network.
  • Drive distributor engagement, team performance and secondary sales growth across region.
  • Appoint, manage and audit distributors and super stockists.
  • Regular market visits, joint working and performance reviews.
  • Train field team on product knowledge, objection handling and tech tools.
  • Track and improve beat productivity, strike rate and per visit yield.
  • Tech-enabled selling, analysis of scheme performance and other data analytics.
  • Provide competitor insights and market intelligence.
  • Drive new product launches with tracking and sell out targets.
  • Plan and execute monthly sales campaigns and schemes.
