Appoint, manage and audit distributors and super stockists. Regular market visits, joint working and performance reviews. Train field team on product knowledge, objection handling and tech tools. Track and improve beat productivity, strike rate and per visit yield. Tech-enabled selling, analysis of scheme performance and other data analytics. Provide competitor insights and market intelligence. Drive new product launches with tracking and sell out targets. Plan and execute monthly sales campaigns and schemes.
