We are Hiring for Leading Finance Company Profile - Area Sales Manager Products - Tractor CTC - Upto 7.50 - 8 Lpa Age - Below 36 Years Location - Pune Note - Need candidate who can join Immediately or in Max 30 Days. Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for tractor finance, farm equipment, and agri-finance products. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory. Build strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers on new technologies and features. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the agriculture industry. Strong knowledge of tractor loans, tractor sales, farm equipment, agri-finance, and related products. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.
