Sales Team Leadership: Lead a large sales channel, including team leaders and sales executives. Recruitment, Training, Retention, and Mentoring: Ensure the effective recruitment, training, retention, and mentoring of sales teams. Relationship Management: Acquire new-to-bank liability relationships (current accounts, savings accounts, deposits) and strengthen existing relationships through high-quality service. Identify Potential Catchment Area: Identify and assess potential areas for business growth
