Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end manual order processing. Resolve system-generated tickets effectively. Collaborate with internal teams across operations and sales. Manage export shipments between group companies and customers. Ensure accurate documentation, including POs and letters of credit. Analyze data and generate reports using MS Excel, Forms, and PowerPoint. Work with SAP HANA for order processing and data management. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and teams.
