Role & responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    1. Identify and research potential clients, including schools, universities, training centers, edtech companies, and corporate learning departments.
    2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
  2. Client Engagement:

    1. Initiate contact and build relationships with decision-makers such as school administrators, procurement managers, HR leaders, or education coordinators.
    2. Understand client needs and challenges in order to propose tailored solutions.
  3. Sales & Negotiations

    1. Present product offerings, such as educational software, learning materials, professional development courses, or training programs.
    2. Create and deliver compelling sales pitches, product demonstrations, and proposals.
    3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals.

Market Research & Strategy:

    1. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in education policies or technologies.
    2. Develop sales strategies tailored to the needs of specific markets or segments within the education industry.

Preferred candidate profile

    1. Familiarity with the education industry, including challenges faced by schools, universities, or training organizations.
    2. Understanding of digital tools, edtech solutions, and professional development offerings.
    3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields (preferred).
    4. Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or edtech industry.
