Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Dhanbad. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned region. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and implementing promotional campaigns. The role involves regular visits to dealers, distributors, and retailers to strengthen network relationships and resolve queries promptly. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Sales Planning, Target Achievement, and Market Analysis
Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Communication
Experience in Promotional Campaigns, Dealer & Distributor Management
Ability to work on-field, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in the building materials industry is a plus
