Role & responsibilities

  • Identify potential dealers and establish strong business relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay updated with industry trends
  • Implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
  • Train and motivate the sales team to optimize performance
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insightful market intelligence
  • Understanding of policies, schemes and overdue analysis.
  • Understanding of category-wise potential & growth opportunities: Category wise promotion
  • Monitor Sales and collection daily basis

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate Degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS)
  • Preferred Candidates with MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing
  • Paint Industries sales experience is must
