Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and targets in the designated area.
Set sales targets for individual sales representatives and monitor their performance regularly.
Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Identify potential areas for business expansion and work with the management team to develop and implement expansion plans.
Regularly visit clients and retail stores to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Developing new distributors / dealers and working on to expand existing business.
Business operations ensuring availability, quality, and timely delivery of product at the POS.
Meeting customer demands on time and build the distribution infrastructure.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and pricing strategies tailored for Ice-Cream Retail market.

Preferred candidate profile

Competent in leading and directing the Business preferably with experience from Ice Cream/Dairy/Food/beverage business.
Should possess deep understanding of primarily B2C sales.
Should possess a distinctive track record of managing and growing a business through product innovation, channel / distributor management.
An out of the box thinker, team player, dynamic, self-motivated
