Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on increasing sales within an assigned geographical area and leading a team of field sales representatives. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Contacting clients and potential customers to discuss products that meet their requirements. - Arranging meetings with clients to persuade them to purchase our product. - Traveling to potential and existing customers to present company offerings and build brand awareness. - Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings to close sales. - Providing a concise description of products and services, highlighting the benefits to customers. - Conducting price negotiations with customers to reach favorable agreements. - Generating business leads, preparing statistical data, and providing reports as needed. - Building a strong sales pipeline, achieving monthly and yearly targets, and maintaining relationships with major clients. - Collecting customer feedback and updating senior management regularly. - Developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships and adapting to changing environments. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field preferred. - Proven sales experience, particularly in Fitness Equipment sales, with a minimum of 2+ years. - Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets. - Willingness to travel frequently, including outstation travels. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Strong management, leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,
