Area Sales Managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a team of financial members or partners to drive insurance sales.
• Motivate and guide your team to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and transparency.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to all company and regulatory guidelines.
• Report daily and weekly performance metrics to management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any sector (Insurance Sales preferred).

• Qualification:

  Graduate (any stream). MBA preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.

Compensation & Benefits:

CTC:

• ₹4.00 LPA for candidates with sales experience (non-insurance)
• ₹6.50 LPA for candidates with prior

  Insurance Sales experience

• Final CTC based on interview performance and experience level.
