Area Sales Manager

We are hiring: CatalyseR is inviting experienced individuals to drive and lead the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance.

Job description:

1) Designation - Area Sales Manager

2) Work Profile -

• Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans, Monitor and report on sales performance
• Manage and coach sales team, travel with team to ensure better conversion and effective execution of the plans
• Providing admission counselling to students & parents for walk-in, digital leads to help them take admissions at CatalyseR.
• Do followups and convert prospects and bring in revenues.
• Conduct seminars and visit prospects at Indore and nearby cities. This profile involves travel across the state of MP primarily to cities near Indore and near-by region.

3) Remuneration - Basic salary range - 9.00 LPA - 18 LPA plus incentives. The exact take home remuneration will be finalised with you during interview
