Area Sales Manager

We are looking for a skilled Area Sales Manager with 2 to 8 years of experience to lead our sales team in promoting dental equipment and instruments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales by meeting doctors at hospitals, clinics, and colleges.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
• Identify new market opportunities and create action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Organize or attend medical conferences to generate new leads and stay updated on industry trends.
• Keep records of sales and customer interactions, and persuade clients to buy company products.
• Plan work schedules and weekly/monthly timetables, and discuss future targets with Branch Sales Managers.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the dental industry.
• Bachelor's degree in B.B.A, BDS, B.Pharma, M.B.A/PGDM, or any other bachelor's degree.
• Possess good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages, along with presentation skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Be familiar with area sales management principles and practices, including client coordination and meeting.
