Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) - Building Materials Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our Building Materials team. The successful candidate will support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Growth: Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and developing sales strategies. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architects, contractors, and builders. 3. Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management. 4. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. 5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and effective sales execution. Requirements: 1. Experience: 5 years of sales experience in the building materials industry. 2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Knowledge: Strong understanding of the building materials industry, market trends, and customer needs.
