Area Sales Manager - Building Material

Role Overview: As an experienced and dynamic ASM, your main responsibility will be to drive sales and business development in the assigned territory. You should leverage your strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Dealers, and Distributors, along with your proven experience in project and channel sales within the building material industry, to achieve sales targets and expand networks effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region. - Manage and expand dealer and distributor networks in the assigned region. - Generate business from Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Project Consultants. - Identify new project opportunities and follow up until order closure. - Ensure regular market visits, competitor tracking, and market intelligence. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and influencers. - Prepare monthly sales reports and market feedback for management review. Qualification Required: - Graduate in any field. - Experience: 5+ years in Building Material / Interior Product Sales. - Must have strong market knowledge and contacts in the assigned territory. - Proven experience in handling Project Sales and Dealer Network Management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
