Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Jaipur. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The Area Sales Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and standards, provide training and support to the sales team, and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is preferred
