Urgent Hiring Area Sales Manager (ASM) – FMCG (Food Products) 📍 Location: Moradabad Ghaziabad Meerut Aligarh Gorakhpur The listed cities, Moradabad, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Aligarh, and Gorakhpur, are all located in Uttar Pradesh, India. They are spread across different divisions and districts within the state. Moradabad, Ghaziabad, and Meerut are part of the Meerut division, while Aligarh is in the Aligarh division. Gorakhpur is part of the Gorakhpur division.  🏢 Industry: FMCG – Food Products Only 💰 Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Lucrative Performance-Based Incentives 🧑‍💼 Required Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in FMCG (Food) sales Proven track record in: Distributor Sales Sub-Distributor Sales CSA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) Operations Prior experience in appointing and managing distributors/sub-distributors is mandatory Experience handling field force and dealer networks in Uttar Pradesh preferred 📚 Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Any stream) MBA in Sales/Marketing (optional but preferred) 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage distribution network: Distributor, Sub-Distributor, CSA Plan and execute sales strategies to drive product penetration and secondary sales Lead and monitor sales teams and field representatives Ensure strong product visibility, availability & market share Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, kirana shops, modern trade Achieve sales targets as per monthly and quarterly goals Analyze territory performance and generate regular MIS and reports Handle sales forecasting, stock planning, and market mapping ✅ Candidate Profile: Must be from the FMCG Food Industry (spices, packaged foods, snacks, etc.) Only food category experience will be considered Strong experience in Distributor/Sub-Distributor/CSA Sales is essential Must be target-oriented, hardworking, and result-driven Good knowledge of local markets in Central & Western UP Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and territory management skills Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory 📦 Perks & Benefits: Competitive Fixed Salary Monthly/Quarterly Performance Incentives Travel Allowance (TA/DA) as per company policy Long-term career growth opportunity with an expanding FMCG brand Note : interested candidates send your cv hrrecruiter1@veer-bharat.com your working time 9:30 am to 6:30 pm   PLS CALL IN THIS NO : 8144223878
