Job Description

Greetings from Avani consulting we are hiring for leading NBFC

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales managers to achieve sales targets and objectives. Provide

guidance, training, and support to help the team meet individual and team goals.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market penetration, increase customer acquisition,

and achieve sales targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify

new business opportunities and develop appropriate sales plans.

3. Build the APF portfolio in the location and maintain strong relationships with developers, real estate

agents, brokers, Builders and other channel partners to generate leads and referrals for home loans.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as credit and operations teams, to ensure smooth loan

processing and timely disbursement.

4. Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, or tie-ups to expand the customer base

and increase market share. Participate in industry events, networking activities, and sales campaigns to

promote home loan products and generate leads.

5. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

and retention. Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and provide exceptional

customer service throughout the home loan application and approval process.

6. Track and monitor sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, conversion rates, and

customer acquisition costs. Generate regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights

to senior management for strategic decision-making.

7. Ensure adherence to internal policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements throughout the

sales process. Mitigate potential risks by conducting regular audits, enforcing compliance standards, and

implementing appropriate controls.

Preferred candidate profile

JOB OVERVIEW: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales managers, executives and officers to

achieve sales targets and objectives.

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to: State Head - APF

Reportees: Branch Managers across locations

QUALIFICATION: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field

EXPERIENCE: 10 - 12 years
