Area Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering the revenue objectives for ENOX Retail business in the assigned territory by reviewing the performance of the existing distribution channel, identifying new channel partners, and ensuring fair competitive pricing. Your role will also involve building and managing demand generation for all product categories through planned activations, identifying key influencers, supporting in working capital management, formulating promotional activities, increasing secondary sales, and conducting continuous market analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Review performance of existing distribution channel and proactively highlight gaps to the manager. - Ensure identification of new channel partners as per company criteria to expand reach and counter presence. - Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories through planned activations in the retail market. - Identify key influences like Glass Fabricators, carpenters, local contractors/architects/builders OEM and ensure regular & structured engagement. - Support in working capital management by ensuring timely collection of outstanding. - Formulate promotional activities as a part of brand building. - Increase secondary sales by ensuring counter presence, territory reach, and visibility of products where end customers visit frequently. - Conduct continuous market analysis and support the manager for forecasts and budgeting. Qualification Required: - Graduate degree preferably in technical stream/engineering, Postgraduate in management will be an added advantage. - 7-10 years of previous total experience, with preferable exposure to the Building Material Industry.
